The Avenged Sevenfold guitarist listed his French Normandy-style 3,300 square-foot, three-bedroom mansion on the market for $4.795 million.
The right buyer will be treated to such amenities as a gourmet kitchen, a stone fireplace, a commercial-grade pizza oven, pool and spa, plus a soaking tub and walk-in shower inside the master suite.
As for the band’s upcoming plans, Vengeance told Loudwire that they are working on new material, “leaning heavily towards 2020.”
