Green Day’s ‘Father Of All…’ Is Finally Out
After all the teasing and missing vinyl LP jackets mailed to fans, Green Day has finally dropped Father Of All Motherf***ers.
Clocking in at just 26-minutes, the 10-track album takes the trio in a very different direction than on their previous releases.
Bassist Mike Dirnt told Kerrang! that the band really went looking for inspiration from all sorts of other musical genres while working on the record, adding, “And we all individually dig into new places on our instruments, because that’s just what we do.”
As for the official title, frontman Bille Joe Armstrong reveals in this week’s issue of the magazine, “For the adults, it’s called Father Of All Motherf***ers, and then for the kids and for the censorship, it’s Father Of All…”
