Halestorm Working On ‘Something A Little Different’

Halestorm is being tight-lipped about their next musical project, but bassist Josh Smith dropped a few hints in an interview with Metal Talk.
Smith confirmed that new music was on the way, saying “There might be covers on it; something a little different. I don’t think I can say anything more about that yet though.”
Later this month, Halestorm will release a special 10th-anniversary edition of their 2009 debut album, packed with bonus tracks and early demos.
What kind of “different” would you like to hear from Halestorm? Should artists take chances with new material or stick with what got them famous in the first place?
