Metallica played a concert to kick off “BlizzCon” on Twitch, but a lot of viewers didn’t even get to hear them, because their performance audio was swapped out for elevator music.

The event streamed on Twitch on Friday but apparently, the actual audio got flagged for a possible copyright violation, which can happen with streaming content. So you could SEE Metallica performing but the audio was just some non-descript 8-bit music.

A lot of people are pointing out that Metallica vs. Napster is one of the reasons music copyright enforcement is what it is.
