Mike Judge Eyes Beavis & Butthead Return

Now that the recreational use of marijuana has become more commonplace, it was only a matter of time before stoners Beavis and Butthead returned. And now the creator of the popular MTV show says he’s working on it.
Speaking at the Television Critics Association on Thursday, Mike Judge was asked if Paramount has expressed interest in a sequel to the big-screen “Beavis and Butthead Do America.” Judge responded, “They seem to be still interested in that. I’ve got some ideas. I think it would have to be something that makes it relevant today. I think I might’ve figured out a way to do that.”
While Judge didn’t elaborate, he previously told Radio Times he was toying with the idea of bringing the characters back in a live-action adaptation.
