New Offspring Album Is Finished
If you’re waiting for new music from The Offspring, you’re hopefully in luck. According to their guitarist, the album is finished.
Noodles took to Instagram over the weekend, replying to a comment with the announcement that the follow-up to 2012’s Days Go By is coming, writing, “The album is done. Working on getting it to the fans now. Stay tuned!”
Last year it was revealed that the band was working with producer Bob Rock, “on and off on this record for five years,” and that the plan is to get it out this year.
The only hiccup is the band is still looking for distribution, with Noodles telling Music Feeds, “We’re thinking we could even maybe do it ourselves?”
It is necessary for bands to use record companies to get music out to their fans? How do you discover new music?
