Tool fans have been patiently waiting for the follow-up to 2006’s 10,000 Days, but fortunately, not for very much longer.
According to Danny Carey, the still-untitled album should drop mid-April, or “That’s the plan, anyway.”
Speaking at the NAMM industry conference, the drummer let the cat out of the bag in a sideways shot video posted to YouTube on Saturday by Dirk Doucette.
Earlier this month, frontman Maynard James Keenan teased that his “Final vocals tracked MONTHS ago,” and that the band heads out for some US festivals and European dates this spring and summer.
