Nirvana’s Halloween 1991 Seattle show, Live At The Paramount, will get it’s first ever release on vinyl April 12th, just in time for April 13th’s Record Store Day.
The live double album will feature a concert poster and a replica sticky cloth VIP pass. The vinyl will be pressed on limited-edition orange vinyl and heavy black vinyl. The concert has a DVD/Blu-ray release in 2011, but this is the first time the show, which was performed a month after Nirvana released their album Nevermind, will be pressed and released on vinyl.
Other acts like Pearl Jam, David Bowie and Pink Floyd will have limited edition releases to coincide with Record Store Day.
Which Nirvana album do you wish you could have seen performed live in its entirety? Are there any limited edition releases for Record Store Day that you are looking forward to?
