Radiohead Guitarist in Self-Quarantine after Experiencing Symptoms of the Coronavirus

Radiohead’s Ed O’Brien says he’s in self-quarantine because he believes he’s contracted the coronavirus.
In an interview with Uproxx, the guitarist says he’s experienced “flu-like symptoms” for the past 10 days and recently lost his senses of smell and taste. “I Googled it last night and that’s a classic symptom of the coronavirus,” says O’Brien, a resident of Wales. He adds he hasn’t been officially diagnosed because “you can’t get tested here unless you’re elderly.”
Despite his symptoms, O’Brien says he’s confident he’ll pull through just fine. “For someone like myself, this is just a bad dose of the flu,” he says. “I’m not in any way in danger.”
