I had the pleasure of talking to singer, songwriter and bad ass chick Elle King!

Her latest album “Shake The Spirit” comes after a tumultuous time in her life: abusive relationship, divorce, substance abuse, and rehab. After speaking to her, it sounds like this album was a way to expel all of her demons and start to move on from all the negativity she was dealing with.

She has some amazing advice about growing up, loving yourself, and surrounding yourself with positive energy. She also discusses what size venue she would play the rest of her days, and her upcoming tour with Barns Courtney, and her your with Heart and Joan Jett! Check it out!
