Slipknot Drummer Literally Bled For New Album

Corey Taylor previously said that songs on Slipknot’s upcoming album will be some of the heaviest material they’ve ever written and now there’s visual proof of that claim.
Drummer Jay Weinberg posted a photo to his Instagram showing his snare drum splattered in his blood from the recording session, captioning it, “In case you’re wondering what kind of album we’re making.”
The follow-up to 2014’s .5: The Gray Chapter should be out sometime in the “middle of 2019,” according to the band.
The first single from the record, “All Out Life,” dropped this past Halloween.
