The Simpsons Recreates Queen’s Live Aid Concert

Queen’s legendary set at the 1985 Live Aid concert has already been re-created on the big screen for the biopic Bohemian Rhapsody – now it’s getting animated for an episode of The Simpsons.
The show has released an image of Homer dressed up as Freddie Mercury, performing for a stadium full of cheering Springfieldians. The episode is expected to air soon.
Plenty of big-time rock stars have appeared on The Simpsons before, including The Who, Aerosmith, Green Day, Metallica, and an entire episode that took place on the Lollapalooza tour.
