2019 is shaping up to be a big year for Tool, with a hotly-anticipated new album on the way and just-announced spring tour kicking off in May.
The band just announced a 10-date swing through North America beginning May 5th in Jacksonville, FL, followed by their already-announced European festival tour in June.
It remains to be seen if the band’s new album will be completed before then. They’re reportedly in the mastering phase and frontman Maynard James Keenan has said the record would be out “somehwere between Mid May and Mid July”.
