All Time Low’s Alex Gaskarth told Rock Sound he was simply clearing his throat before a take for the 2007 song ‘Dear Maria’ and “vehemently” didn’t want the cough on the final track.
He laughs, though, saying “it’s kind of referenced as a ‘culture moment’ for the scene.”
