On the heels of Pearl Jam dropping the official music video for “Dance Of The Clairvoyant,” the first single off their long-awaited upcoming album, a different video, buried for 28 years, just emerged.
Shot on January 31, 1992, the Seattle rockers abandoned their original music video for “Even Flow,” choosing to release one that showed a live performance instead.
Alternative Nation describes the leaked clip as looking “similar to many popular Grunge videos of the time,” which features Pearl Jam in a zoo setting.
Perhaps the reason for the new direction: then drummer Dave Abbruzzese wound up in the emergency room after filming, injuring his wrists.
Which of Pearl Jam’s videos stands out to you? What sets it apart?
