We don’t really play REM on the Panda, but this alternative rock song, which debuted in 1991, really stood out as something different. The Panda likes different and local. The guys from REM are from Athens, GA, not too far from the Soda City.

The video got critical acclaim, and almost every 90s kid knows the lyrics by heart.
