Virginia Tech’s ‘Enter Sandman’ Entrance Registered On A Seismograph
You might have seen the viral video of Virginia Tech’s football team taking the field to a thundering rendition of “Enter Sandman” on Saturday. It’s not “Sandstorm,” but it registers…
Turns out the moment was so loud it registered on a seismograph.
Someone posted the seismograph readings for Blacksburg, VA to the College Football reddit – including a large green blob when the crowd of 65,000 at Lane Stadium began jumping up and down.
It’s a VT tradition that goes back more than 20 years – and it worked on Saturday, as the Hokies upset North Carolina 17-0.
