You Otter Get Some Sleep

Friday, March 13th is World Sleep Day.
It’s a reminder to all of us that good sleep is a part of a healthy life. We have heard that 7 to 10 hours of sleep per day is optimal depending on our age.
The World Sleep Society has guidelines to help you snooze better. They include setting a regular time to go to sleep and wake up, avoiding caffeine six hours before bed and not exercising right before bedtime.
Other helpful tips include avoiding certain foods that might keep you up late and improving your sleep atmosphere with the proper temperature and fewer distractions.
When did you get your last good night of sleep?
